Nicholas S. Hagenkord

Mr. Hagenkord is an Associate Attorney at Campbell & Williams where his practice consists of all aspects of complex civil and commercial litigation, including business disputes, and catastrophic personal injury claims. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Mr. Hagenkord served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jacqueline Bluth of the Eighth Judicial District Court, where he gained invaluable trial experience handling over two dozen jury trials encompassing civil, criminal, and capital murder cases. Prior to his clerkship, Mr. Hagenkord worked at a notable California business agency representing and protecting the intellectual property rights of over 200 past and present high-profile celebrities and sports figures, including Jackie Robinson, Ben Hogan, Johan Cruyff, Rosa Parks, and Malcolm X, to name a few.

Mr. Hagenkord obtained his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During his time in law school, Mr. Hagenkord served as a Senior Staffer on the Nevada Law Journal, worked as a Student Attorney in the Rosenblum Family Foundation Tax Clinic, and taught bankruptcy clinics at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

Mr. Hagenkord was a scholar athlete and captain of the men’s soccer team at the University of Dayton where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Pre-Law. He grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, and now enjoys spending his free time in the mountains around Las Vegas.
