Maxwell N. abe

Mr. Abe is an Associate Attorney at Campbell & Williams where his practice comprises all aspects of complex civil and commercial litigation, including business disputes, and catastrophic personal injury claims. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Mr. Abe served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Eighth Judicial District Court, where he assisted with a diverse docket involving high-profile death penalty trials, complex civil disputes, and other matters before the Court. Prior to his clerkship, Mr. Abe practiced at a local insurance defense firm, where he represented hotel-casino entities and gained firsthand experience in civil litigation. 

Mr. Abe obtained his Juris Doctorate from the William School S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During his time in law school, Mr. Abe served as a Senior Staffer on the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, completed municipal and judicial externships with the City of Las Vegas Attorney’s Office and the Eighth Judicial District Court, and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Family Law and Patents, Trademarks & Trade Secrets. 

Mr. Abe attended Southern Methodist University as a University Scholar and graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in psychology. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Mr. Abe enjoys playing indoor soccer in his free time.
